Ayusha Mehrotra
Senior UX Designer & Consultant

I design clarity into complex systems.
I’m Ayu, a Senior User Experience Designer at EPAM, working across industries like pharmaceuticals, beauty, healthcare, finance, tax, and accounting etc. My work is grounded in human-centered design translating complexity into clarity and shaping experiences that are intuitive, empathetic, and commercially meaningful.
I was born and raised in Lucknow, where my love for craft, detail, and aesthetics first took shape. I began my career as a fashion designer, drawn to textures, silhouettes, and visual storytelling. Over time, I realized what excited me most wasn’t just making things look good, but solving problems understanding constraints, connecting the dots, and designing with intention. That curiosity naturally led me into UX, where creativity meets systems, strategy, and human behavior.
My journey took me to Savannah, where I pursued an MFA in Design Management at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I worked as a UX design intern at Inspire Brands and later at EPAM Continuum, experiences that shaped my approach to designing at scale and collaborating across disciplines. I eventually joined EPAM full time, where I continue to grow my practice as a senior designer.
At this stage of my life and career, I care deeply about designing with intention creating thoughtful, user-centric solutions that quietly improve how people experience the world, both digitally and beyond.
